At Crater Valley we believe in only the most natural and fresh ingredients in every meal we serve. Our home style cuisine offers an opportunity to explore local flavors, garden produce, poultry and seafood. Don't hesitate to order off the menu, as delightful meals can be individualized for you.
Continental breakfast is served buffet style each morning and includes tropical fruit, local fire oven bread, fresh natural cheese yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, homemade preserves, pan roasted organic coffee, regular coffee, natural sweeteners and herbal infusions.
